Founded in early 2010, Toolbox Communications is a business designed to meet the needs of the ever changing business world. By being forward-looking and continuously conducting market research and surveys to identify the requirements of MNC’s and SMI’s in the current business environment, Toolbox has managed to keep ahead of the competition and maintain the highest of standards throughout. Toolbox has three business units to help meet the needs of our clients.
a. Corporate training
We produce, organise and conduct public and in-house training programmes spanning a wide range, specialising in Human Resources Management, Technical and Engineering Management, Sales Management, Finance and Accounting Management, Operations and General Management. We are dedicated to providing quality training programmes to assist organisations in the empirical improvement of their overall operational performance. Each of our programmes are carefully chosen modules to help empower the people in organizations with accurate, cutting-edge information and skills applicable to their business environment.
b. English education
We are the sole distributor for Today’s English, a comprehensive program to help you improve your English language communication and written skills. A home grown program, this program was designed with the average Malaysian in mind; thus clients will find it easy to understand the scenarios and examples shown. Also included in this program are Bahasa Malaysia translation books to help learners along the way. This program has been evaluated and approved by the Ministry of Education Malaysia. We also conduct English language classes for our clients.
c. Website design
We provide customised website design and development services for our clients. Be it a simple web banner or a full website design from scratch, our design unit is dedicated to helping you get the most out of your website and making it a user friendly and attractive site to help bring in the traffic you need. Our design unit will work closely with the client every step of the way to ensure that the clients needs are met while ensuring that the website will enhance the clients name and improve customer awareness of the clients products and services.
